How much does the shipping cost?
We are happy to provide free shipping and handling for a limited time on regular ground shipping for destinations in the U.S. For shipments to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, we use USPS regular ground mail. For destinations to Canada and other countries we use USPS Global Express Mail Service. Shipping times may vary. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If I live outside the U.S. can I still place an order?
Yes, you can place an order from outside the U.S. There may be exception for certain countries where there is trade embargo. has no control over the shipment once it leaves the U.S. territory. For shipping and handling fees. We do not have resource to study and apply custom duty of each destination countries. We must rely on each customer to take care of custom issue, if needed.

The item I want to order is / Temporarily Out of Stock . Can I still place an order?
When the status of an item is Temporarily Out of Stock, it means that we are unsure of the date which it will be in stock. We recommend that you check back in a week or two.
Can I cancel or change an order I already placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change or cancel orders.
What should I do if I want to make a return / exchange?
Return PolicyIf for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
